Where Is Rainbet Legal? Rainbet Countries And Restrictions

If you are trying to work out where Rainbet is legal or available, the most useful starting point is its current restricted-country list. Rainbet names several countries and territories where its service must not be used. However, being absent from that list does not automatically mean a country is approved, supported or locally legal.

I checked Rainbet's current Terms and Help Center material on 22 September 2026. The guide below separates locations Rainbet explicitly restricts from countries whose status is not clearly confirmed, and flags a current contradiction affecting Cyprus.

For a broader look at the brand, licensing evidence and overall reputation, see the full Rainbet review.

Rainbet Country Status At A Glance

Status What It Means Current Position
Confirmed restricted Rainbet's current Terms explicitly restrict the location United States and its territories, France and its territories, the Netherlands and the named Kingdom of the Netherlands locations, Australia and its territories, Austria, Germany, the United Kingdom and Spain
Verified available Rainbet clearly confirms that the service is available in the location, and its current material does not say otherwise No complete country set was confirmed in the official material checked
Uncertain / not established The location is not explicitly restricted, but there is no clear current confirmation that it is available This applies to countries that are merely absent from the restricted list unless separate official confirmation exists
Conflicting evidence Rainbet's own current material does not give a consistent answer Cyprus

Countries Rainbet Explicitly Restricts

Rainbet's current Terms say the service must not be used by people who are resident in, or accessing the site from, the following locations:

Country Or Territory Current Status
United States of America and its territories Confirmed restricted
France and its territories Confirmed restricted
Netherlands and its territories Confirmed restricted
Bonaire Confirmed restricted
Sint Eustatius Confirmed restricted
Saba Confirmed restricted
Aruba Confirmed restricted
Curaçao Confirmed restricted
Sint Maarten Confirmed restricted
Australia and its territories Confirmed restricted
Austria Confirmed restricted
Germany Confirmed restricted
United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Confirmed restricted
Spain Confirmed restricted

The Netherlands entry in the Terms also refers to territories and countries forming the Kingdom of the Netherlands, including the locations listed above.

Which Countries Are Actually Available?

The current official material I checked does not provide a complete, positive list of Rainbet allowed countries. I would only label a country "available" where there is separate current Rainbet evidence supporting that status.

Canada shows why this distinction matters. Rainbet currently has a Help Center guide for making an Interac deposit with Canadian banking access. That confirms a Canada-specific payment process exists in its support material. It does not, by itself, prove that every user in Canada is eligible to use Rainbet or that doing so is permitted under the law that applies to them.

Available Does Not Always Mean Locally Legal

Rainbet's own platform rules and the law that applies to a user are separate questions.

Rainbet's Terms place responsibility on users to make sure gambling is permitted in their jurisdiction. Even if a website can be opened from a particular location, that does not prove Rainbet is licensed there, that an account is eligible there, or that local law permits its use.

This page tracks Rainbet's own country restrictions and availability evidence. It is not a country-by-country legal opinion. Broader licensing and brand evidence is covered in the separate Rainbet review.

What Happens If Your Location Is Restricted?

Rainbet's current Terms say residents of restricted countries cannot deposit or play, and that the service must not be used by people resident in or accessing it from a listed restricted location.

The Terms also allow Rainbet to take action when an account does not comply with its rules. Depending on the circumstances, this can include account suspension or closure, cancellation or voiding of bets, and withholding money in the account. Rainbet also says it cannot guarantee successful withdrawals or refunds where its restricted-use policy has been breached.

These are possible consequences set out in the Terms, not a claim that every location breach automatically leads to every one of them.

Rainbet may also request identity and location documents as part of verification. While required checks are incomplete, access to the service, payments, withdrawals or funds may be restricted.

Rainbet's Terms prohibit using VPNs, proxies or similar tools to hide or manipulate a user's real location, so country restrictions should not be treated as something to work around.

When Rainbet Sources Conflict

Cyprus currently needs a separate warning because Rainbet's own Terms are inconsistent.

Cyprus is not listed in the main restricted-country clause. It is also absent from the restricted-country check used in the Proof-of-ID guidance. However, Cyprus does appear in the corresponding Proof-of-Residence country check.

Because those current Rainbet references do not agree, I would not describe Cyprus as either clearly available or clearly restricted. Its status is best treated as conflicting until Rainbet publishes a consistent answer or a newer official source resolves the difference.

What About The UK?

Rainbet's current Terms explicitly include the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in the restricted-country list. For the dedicated UK explanation and the relevant access and legal context, see Rainbet's UK legal and access status.

Country rules, platform terms and local gambling laws can change. Check the current Rainbet Terms and the rules that apply where you live before attempting to register, deposit or play. You must also meet the applicable legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.
